PSYCHODYNAMIC PSYCHOTHERAPIST & CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
About Me
I have over 20 years experience working as a mental health professional within the charity sector, local authorities and the NHS. I am a Clinical Supervisor with a Certificate in Supervision from The Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP).
My therapy practice offers a calm, confidential and empathic setting in which to identify, explore and work through issues that may be affecting your life. I am committed to offering high quality, non-judgmental psychotherapy and welcome clients from all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, religions and sexual orientations.
My approach is psychodynamic and relational and I believe that each person is unique in the way that they experience life with its dilemmas, conflicts, traumas, contradictory feelings, desires, hopes and aspirations. My therapeutic approach focuses on the client and to help find a way of developing understandings of their inner-world to help provide purpose and meaning in finding a way forward.

My Practice
My practice is flexible, I offer long-term face-to-face work, short-term face-to-face work, as well as the possibility of remote sessions online or by phone. The first step is to email or telephone to arrange an initial meeting which will provide an opportunity for us to meet and explore whether you might find therapy helpful. If you decide you would like to continue then we would arrange a regular day and time to meet. Sessions last for 50 minutes.
